The Wings Academy was founded by Professor Aaisha Suryavanshi and Professor Rajyavardhan Trivedi, both working professors at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi when they figured out that the new admissions into their prestigious institute lacked the necessary aptitude required in the field. Over the past 7 years, Wings Academy has proved its authority in the IIT-JEE results, consistently giving students in the top-10 ranks across the country.
At present Wings Academy has its head office at the Delhi centre Pratigya. The south campus of the academy is to be inaugurated this december as Bombay Centre Sangharsh.

Professor Aaisha Suryavanshi, one of the founders of the Wings Academy is currently the Chairman of the Academy and also the Head of Department, Mathematics. She has served as a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She is a Ph.D. in Mathematics and specializes in Calculus and Number Theory.

Ex Head of Department, Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College of Technology, Delhi currently holds the position of Head of Department, Physics at Wings Academy. He specializes in Particle Mechanics, Hydrodynamics and Thermodynamics. He believes in practical approach to every physical phenomenon as the basis of completely understanding it.

Professor Despacito Blue is currently pursuing Ph.D. at IIT Delhi and specializes in Organic Chemistry. Currently the Head of Department, Chemistry at the Wings Academy, he is a popular figure among the student-folk for his simple methodology of teaching a complex subject as Organic Chemistry. He believes in the fact - "Just as every acid possesses a base to neutralize it, similarly every problem possesses a solution that needs to be searched with absolute diligence."

One of the two founders of the Wings Academy, Professor Rajyavardhan Trivedi is an Ex- Professor , IIT Bombay and possesses absolute mastery in the field of Discrete Mathematical Logic and Computational Theory. Currently the Director of Wings Academy, he is also a senior Mathematics faculty.
